Are you wondering what tahini is? Don’t worry, you’re not alone! People ask me all the time. Tahini is a Middle Eastern paste or sauce made from ground sesame seeds.
It’s relatively high in calcium and protein and is an excellent source of copper, zinc, iron, manganese, amino acids, and omega 3 and omega 6 oils – making this a healthy treat but remember it does have a high caloric value so a little goes a long way!
And best of all – it’s SO easy to make!
