We ALL need a pump up playlist (or at least that’s what I think 🤷).
Music fuels my fire. It boosts my mood, motivation and energy. When I’m feeling sluggish, I pump these songs to help get me back on track.
Motivation is what you make it and sometimes we need tools to help encourage us to crush it. When I have a big meeting, I always dance it out before. Or if I know I have a tough workout, I dance it out. I use music as a motivator for hard things.
