Why not you? Why not now? This program TERRIFIES me. I’m a running, yoga girl and this is way out of my comfort zone but I’m ready for a change. The last time I committed to an Autumn fitness program was when she launched 80 Day Obsession in 2018 and it changed my life.
This program taught me that I could do hard things, over and over again, without giving up. It taught me the importance of nutrition in this wellness puzzle and how to nourish my body like an athlete for optimal performance.
It wasn’t about the physical changes – of course, my booty got rounder and I lost some fat but that wasn’t the real winner here.
The winner was the mindset I established. I learned that I was capable of more. There is more to this journey than just losing weight and eating vegetables. It’s about feeling your strongest and happiest, especially when things are hard. It’s about showing up for your health, and finding joy in the process.
I wanted to give up so many times. I’m not naturally fit. I need to show up and put in the work.
But I’m ready to do it all over again with a brand new Autumn program in 2021. I’m ready to remind myself of what I’m capable of with this new challenge. 9 weeks, 5 days a week, 30 minute workouts – focused on what you CAN achieve, not on what you can’t.
