Affirmations play a huge role in having a positive outlook. It may feel funny to start but by making this a part of your routine you’ll begin to have a whole new view on your life and your body.
This summer I’m focusing on self love & acceptance. Why? Because so often we go to the beach and compare our bodies to every one else. It doesn’t have to be that way. This year, I want to feel comfortable to not care what others think of my body and I want to help you do the same.
When you fuel your body right and move it daily, your mind starts to see that you’re doing something good. When you pair that up with affirmations, you’ll see a huge difference in your confidence this summer.
